For Identity Recovery Services, just call 1-844-477-7467 and chose Option 5. You’ll be connected with a real recovery specialist who will immediately begin working on your case!
Phone damage? Just sign into your Protection Portal and start the claims process! Valid covered devices in need of repair will receive a VISA gift card, after the required $75 deductible, for the actual value of the repair of the phone. For unrepairable phones or those covered by Lost/Theft coverage, the VISA gift card, after the $125 deductible, will be the lesser of the actual replacement value of the phone at the time of claim or a maximum of $750.
